Four Tier Annihilation eBook review r059
admin | August 6th, 2008 | eBay ebooksIn this coming review we will take a long hard look at the Four Tier Annihilation Method eBook. So does this digital product have what it takes? Can it truly lay claim to the “Annihilation” part of its title? Let’s look further.
The Four Tier Annihilation (2008)
The sales page is the usual affair, with over the top claims and very little description of what is actually included in the eBook. One particular thing worries me about this sales page, the entire eBook concentrates upon using eBay in various ways to build an income stream, yet eBay is not mentioned once on the sales page, what is the author hiding?
Let me start the review by saying that despite my worries about the sales page, this would have been a very good eBook indeed. The problem is I have to say would, as much of the content is now out of date, especially the huge section which deals with selling digital download and PLR products on eBay. There have been some sweeping changes to the eBay terms of business in recent months, many of which are aimed at tidying up the increasingly large number of useless digital rights products that were for sale. Quite frankly, a huge portion of this eBook is now significantly out of date.
The eBook consists of 115 pages, although it should be noted that the author seems to think he has some talent as a comedian, and much of the content is padded with badly written quips, and irrelevant comments.
The initial sections of the eBook are excellent, all of the aspects of eBay selling that are discussed, from finding a product to setting up an effective supply chain are relevant and well explained, I really enjoyed this part of the book and it has given me some ideas of my own. I will say that the author is using terrible products as examples, you would need to use the knowledge he imparts and try and find your own niche, although it is well written and very informative.
The problems start just over halfway through the eBook, it seems to me that the author has run out of useful and interesting things to teach us, and starts to introduce side issues, such as clickbank marketing, Google AdSense and Google AdWords; I would have preferred he had left these subject out, making the good parts easier to concentrate upon. This is also where the whole section on digital products falls down, it is no longer a working model.
The author also talks about selling high value items over eBay, such as real estate and luxury vehicles. I cannot help but feel he has never done this himself, as he overlooks the fact that selling both of these product groups would require additional resources and access to a lawyer or engineer. He does briefly touch on legal aspects but he displays no true understanding.
There are several great video demonstrations included in the package, they are well produced and will be great for beginners to eBay, although you really do not need to watch them if you can read and have an IQ over 50.
Conclusion
Overall, I liked this eBook, six months ago it would have been a killer, but the fact it has not been updated to reflect changes in the eBay business terms lets it down. It is still useful and introduces some great websites and resources, if the author took the time to refresh this eBook it would be a killer for sure. I am still thinking a 3 star rating, because the information that is still relevant is exceptionally good.
