GoogleCash.com eBook Review r023
admin | September 27th, 2007 | Adwords ebooksGoogleCash.com is a legendary eBook. It’s author Chris Carptenter was among the first to realise the power of affiliate marketing with Google AdWords in late 2003. Today I review the third edition of Google Cash from March 2007. Does it have still value to offer or is it a just a brand that sells?
GoogleCash.com eBook Review
Chris created a standard few years ago, now I am reading third edition and to tell you truth it wasn’t nice reading. I had the feeling that Chris took the first (and second) version and added a few actual new things, mixed them together and third version was born. This eBook is badly written, it talks too much about banalities and just lightly touches on important things, and of course talking too much about banalities is very frustrating reading.
The other problem is that this eBook is quite bad in explaining actions. For a beginner to affiliate marketing and Google AdWords it is very difficult to navigate through this jungle of an eBook. Chris will explain something and then suddenly add his success story with some campaign which is now completely irrelevant because most of the techniques he used 4 years ago now do not work and also lead away from the topic he is explaining. I dont know why he uses 4 years old examples.
I also dont like that Chris does not talk about Quality score which affect your CPC and position and also that in the eBook there are a LOT of pre-selling of other eBooks or products and that is quite annoying. Google Cash system can work without it, demonstrated to us by Steven Holdaway with his Google Money Pro.
On the other hand Google Cash contains almost all the information you have to know about Google AdWords and affiliate marketing. I like the videos in the third edition, they help and contain value.
I like Google Money Pro more, because it is far better written and more systematic than Google Cash and also reflects the actual situation on Google AdWords more closely.
This eBook is good, contains all important information but is not well written and some parts (4 years old experience) are outdated. I recommend you to read Google Money Pro review if you are looking for Google Cash-like eBook.
