How I rate eBooks in My Reviews
admin | August 11th, 2007 | general newsThis article is about how I rate eBooks when I review them.
ZER0 stars – Scam, this eBook is a fraud and can’t work. EBooks which have this rating are mostly gambling eBooks and also eBooks and pages which contradict mathematical, statistical and other laws. This category also includes pyramid, Ponzi and airplane eBooks (the content of these type of eBooks is only about how to promote that eBook plus links to other affiliated and paid content) and many other suspicious eBooks which are totally useless, soil the Internet and you have no chance to refer to your rights of buyer. Mostly there is a very low chance that your money will be refunded. Be careful! Recommendation is simple: Do not buy it, it is total waste of money!
One star – This eBook is not a scam, but does not bring anything new. You can find contained information in open sources like forums or it is just a compilation of other existing eBooks, no invention and also provided information are sometimes outdated. Recommendation is do not buy it, you simply don’t learn anything new, it is waste of money.
Two stars – EBook contains information which can be found in other eBooks, but it uses them in other ways with other eyes and brings a few original ideas or concepts. Delivered knowledge works, but it is not a miracle. If you are new in the eBook’s area, it will help. Whether to buy or not depends on you. I will also help you to decide.
Three stars – An excellent eBook which provides the buyer with information which is well balanced and works very well. It also contains knowledge which can be hard to find elsewhere. Recommendation, is that It is well invested money and you have a high ROI.
4 stars –OUTSTANDING – A totally unique eBook, which brings fresh sources, ideas, concepts and expertise to it’s industry. It’s great quality, well written and buying it is a bargain and it pays out! Also brings ideas which other infomarketers will soon copy and maybe improve (?). You will not regret your money!
Level of difficulty to your knowledge:
Basic – The eBook is reliable even for absolutely beginners, it explains everything step by step in details for very ordinary people.
Intermediate – The author of the eBook requires some elementary skills on the part of his reader, most of the time it explains his knowledge but provides little background.
Professional – A high amount knowledge of the eBook’s target industry is required, the author doesn’t get into details and doesn’t explain elementary things for beginners.
Financial costs
Low-cost – On top of buying the eBook you will suffice with few additional dollars. It’s good for people who do not want or cannot afford to invest too much money to start such a business opportunity.
Medium-cost – On top of money for the eBook you will need to invest a few hundred of dollars to buy required software or to run that business. In my rating I am trying to mark whether bought software or other knowledge is reliable for other business or whether it’s just a single purpose thing in which you drown money.
High-cost – To apply provided information, you must have much more money, more than 500 dollars. In such an eBook is more than clear and essential that know how MUST work because such a lost can hurt you hard.
Number of pages, size of font (small, normal, big), text difficulty, pictures yes or no.
